About ACTS
A.C.T.S. stands for Adoration, Community, Theology and Service. In order to get involved in this ministry, one must first commit him/her self to attend a weekend retreat when they are scheduled.
Separate parish centered retreats for men and women are held annually.
Awaken the “ A” in ACTS – Adoration
Each moment you spend with Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament brings joy, pleasure, and delight to his Sacred Heart! “My joy, my pleasure, my delight is to be with you.” (Prov 8:31)
Connect with the “C” in ACTS Community
As brothers and sisters we can be visible in our parish community in the way Christ calls us to be. “For just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we, though many, form one body and each member belongs to all the others.” (Romans 12:4-5)
Who makes up our community? All of us searching for a connection. Move among us and get to know and love us all.

Treasure the “T” in ACTS –Theology
Like opening a chest teeming with sparkling jewels, delving into theology, the study of God, is a delightful life-long experience. “When you look for me, you will find me. Yes, when you seek me with all your heart, you will find me with you, says the Lord, and I will change your lot.” (Jeremiah 29:13-14a) Seek the jewels that illuminate your spiritual life and can open your mind and heart to the One who loves you! While doing so, you become more Christ-like and are able to lead others to Him.

Shift into “S” gear for ACTS – Service
Every Christian is called to service and is taught through the life of Christ how to serve one another in love, in caring, and in compassion.
“For I have given you an example that you also should do as I have done to you… This is how all will know you are my disciples, if you have love for one another” John 13:15, 35
Our ACTS commitment to service is inspired by Jesus’ life and death, service out of love for God and for each other. Our parish offers a multitude of opportunities for you to share this love.
